THE MASTERPLAN



Trinity Investment Management has invested significantly in Hexagon Tower, improving the building façade and ground floor public areas and, has now completed an extensive refurbishment of the ground floor to benefit all occupiers.

External works include an overhaul of the entrance area with modern lighting at street level, new pavement and an access gate to the bicycle storage.

Internal work has been completed with a full refurbishment of the reception area, a new coffee point and, restaurant with break out pods suitable for informal meetings.

The restaurant provides fantastic breakfast, lunch and corporate catering options for occupiers and guests.

The new coffee point in the reception area will welcome our occupiers and guests, giving them an opportunity to grab a coffee or tea before starting their day.

The programme of works is just the beginning of improvements planned for 2018, and form part of a larger development plan to keep Hexagon Tower at the forefront of innovation in the North of England.

Plans include:

  • Improvement of the energy efficiency and resilience in the building to reduce our impact on the environment and lower utility costs for occupiers
  • Ongoing refurbishment on a floor by floor basis
